MATPA is an authorized distributor of SAFETY, manufacturer of personal protective equipment. All products are offered subject to availability and compliance with Mexican official standards (NOM) and technical specifications.

• Deliveries are made within Mexico, at the address provided by the customer.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to inventory availability, customer location, and logistics conditions.

• MATPA is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers, authorities, weather, etc.).

• The customer is responsible for inspecting products upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns and Warranties

• Returns are subject to prior written authorization from MATPA.

• Products must be in original packaging, unused, and with labels intact.

• Returns are not accepted for customized, special-order, or made-to-order items.

• Warranties apply according to the manufacturer’s terms (e.g., SAFETY). MATPA acts as an intermediary in claims but does not assume additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, designs, catalogs) is the property of MATPA or its authorized suppliers. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
